Hyatt Place Denver Tech Center

After staying at the Hyatt House Tech Center, I had low expectations for the Hyatt House in the same area. I was pleasantly surprised that the Place was much better than the House. The room was a little worn, and the shower was drain backing up, creating a sower tub when it was just a shower. Their were a couple of security issues with a door outside to pool proped open with a rock for a public pool day. The exercise room was open as well. The exercise room was small but the equipment was in excellent condition. In the room, the bed was comfortable. The Mini Frig cooled fine but did have ice buildup but did not freeze drinks. It also had a bad switch that cause light to blink on and off but could stop it by slamming the door shut. The best part of the room was air conditioning, which was excellent. TV was easy to hook up to HDMI, and WIFI was adequate for video streaming. The breakfast was good and I really liked the salsa. The font desk was friendly and efficient. Overall, it was a good stay and better than expected.

Overall it's a nice place. I did not think the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner in our room took more than 12 hours to drop a degree, despite the compressor kicking on and it blowing cold air. But staff was friendly, the place was clean

This is the second year in a row my son‘s high school lacrosse team has stayed at this location and I have been a parent chaperone. The staff is very helpful and gracious and really wanted to make our stay as comfortable as possible with 50+ boys! The rooms are clean and large and the location is quiet but close enough to everything we needed. If you are in that area, highly recommend.

Beds were super comfortable, pillows were plush and the bed, sheets and blanket were all clean. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I have stayed at this hotel regularly over the past year. I am writing to mention one associate primarily. Whenever I encountered a service issue, Carolyn was there to handle it with extreme professionalism and care. She's friendly but is well versed in hotel care. When I was just arriving for my stay or the evening, her engagement created a warm welcome. She gets an A+ from me! She made every stay so much more enjoyable.

We got the 2 beds plus sofabed, and the room was large and clean. Very, very clean. The bathroom is a bit tight, but it works for the necessities. Not a bit of sunlight when the curtains are closed, which is outstanding for daytime naps. The gentleman who checked us in was very polite and friendly. Easiest checkin/checkout of our entire vacation. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Location is quiet, and there are quite a few restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend #Cuba Cuba. We loved our stay.

No issues checking in, did the initial online check in, loved that they also had a restaurant that served food from 11am to 11pm. Good food option if not wanting to leave the hotel. Breakfast was good overall, the scrambled eggs tasted like powdered eggs but that could have just been that I didn't go to breakfast till later for serving hours.

We had an amazing time staying at the Hyatt Place DTC! From the time we arrived at the hotel, every member of their staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Their friendliness and attentiveness really made a difference that our stay was enjoyable in every way. We want to give a special shoutout to Kaylee and Brittany who greeted us and made us feel welcome every time we saw them! The hotel itself is beautiful, with top-notch amenities that added to the experience. We can tell that the staff pays close attention to all details and makes sure all areas are neat and tidy. We were also impressed with how quick the staff responded when one of the fire sprinklers broke. It did not bother us at all! We couldn't have asked for anything more, and are already looking forward to our next visit.
